Intellectual property

Tecnológico de Monterrey respects intellectual property and, therefore, recognizes an author's moral property rights and protects commercial property rights. Internally, it makes every effort to ensure observance of this principle that is fundamental for stimulating creativity, avoiding plagiarism and fomenting a knowledge-based economy.
