Graphic warning labels on cigarette packs have positive effect

Images depicting health consequences to smokers and those around them have paid off in a quarterly reduction in smoking by 20 cigarettes per capita. Those were the findings by Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus students working on the project "Economic regulation studies in Mexico" in conjunction with Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, and the Cofepris.
